The Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen (DAPL), the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists (RMAG), the Denver Geophysical Society (DGS), the Independent Petroleum Association of the Mountain States (IPAMS) and the Denver Section of the Society of Professional Engineers (SPE) are actively soliciting sponsors for the upcoming Prospect Fair & TechnoFest being held on November 3, 2008, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.

 The table below indicates the Sponsorship levels with dollar amount, and the number of included admission vouchers (these are valued at $30.00 each) to the event that sponsors will receive with their sponsorship. Vouchers can be used by your company employees, or given to clients or potential clients. Download the Sponsor Commitment Form and fax to the RMAG office to participate.

SPONSORSHIP NEEDS

We need sponsors to help defray some of the costs of this event. Some examples of specific items that sponsorship dollars will help support are:

  • Bartenders for the cash bar during the "Social Hour" to run from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Lunch service.
  • Coffee/Tea/Soda service during the day.
  • Morning and afternoon snacks.
  • Publishing an Event Directory to be distributed the day of the event.

Your sponsor dollars will help the event committee provide these amenities and more, and will help make the third Denver Prospect Fair & TechnoFest a resounding success!
