The Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen (DAPL), the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists (RMAG), the Denver Geophysical Society (DGS), the Independent Petroleum Association of the Mountain States (IPAMS) and the Denver Section of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) invite prospect exhibitors, software developers, data vendors, and service companies to share their prospect ideas, new technologies and latest services with oil and gas professionals.  This event will be held on November 3, 2008 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado.  The admission fee is $30.00 for attendees, payable on site.  You may also purchase promotional admission vouchers with your booth registration to distribute to friends, associates—anyone you’d like to invite by your booth!  Two free exhibitor admissions per booth space reserved are included.

  • The cost per booth space is $500.00.  Booths are 10 ft wide and 10 ft deep.  The event committee assigns booth locations with priority based on when the registration is received.

  • Each booth will be furnished with one 6-ft table and two chairs.  In addition, Prospect Fair exhibitors will be given use of three bulletin boards that enclose the booth space on three sides.  Once registered, a vendor package will be sent with information on electrical and phone service provided by the convention center, and on furnishing arrangements provided by Freeman Decorating.

  • Setup hours are 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on November 2, 2008 and 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. the morning of the event.  Dismantling will begin at 5:00 p.m. (and not before!) on November 3, 2008 and must be finished by 9:00 p.m.

  • FOOD SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED DURING LUNCH! It is anticipated that attendees will remain in the exhibit hall during the lunch hour with this added service.

  • A Cocktail Hour with light snacks and cash bars will be held IN THE EXHIBIT HALL from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • The contract (registration form) must be returned by October 3rd, 2008 with a check or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) for full payment.  A 75% refund for cancellations in writing (or fax) by Friday, October 3rd, 2008 will be provided.  After October 3rd, 2008 no refunds will be offered on cancellations.
